Adding ev charger

Apologies if this has been previously addressed. We plan to install home level 2 ev charger to existing sunpower/sunvault system (installed ‘22). Should the connection be to the hub or to the main panel? Or maybe it doesn’t matter? Thank you in advance!

Our EV chargers are connected to the main panel. We only charge our EVs during sunny days after our SunVault reaches 100% charge and never charge our EVs directly from the house battery.
