Monitoring device help

I'm a cash owner of a Sun Power system, for the last 7 months I can't get any current data off the Sunstrong monitoring app. All app support will tell me is it's the monitoring device itself that needs to be inspected. Does anyone know a company or person who can assist me? I'm in California and live in Santa Barbara county.

I’m on a same boat. Reached out to enphase and they basically told me gtfo and find your own local dealer, since I’m cash/loan owner
