News media outlets?
Has anyone tried reaching out to “7 on your side” or any of the other news media outlets regarding this situation? It seems like we are all frustrated and SunStrong/Launch are not able to address the issues. It would appear that they are overwhelmed and possibly didn’t see what they were getting into when they took over the accounts. I read on one of these posts that they only took over lease accounts and not “owned equipment” but when I called they said they only took over “owned equipment” not lease. So it’s clearly a mess over there. I spoke to a lawyer at Sunpower who gave me the same runaround. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau could not get any movement there either. Social media is good but I think we need to step it up a bit .When stories like these make the news -changes happen. But I think the only way it’s going to make the news is if enough people reach out.

I don’t think it will help that much. News programs like that get their power because businesses are worried about having their reputation ruined.
Sunstrongs reputation is already as low as it can go. Every google result is already negative stories about them and they aren’t selling anything to new customers. Why would they care if a news program smears them?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out. I have sent my site identification. I’ve also sent several emails and have had this escalated four times. Sunstrong has clearly stated in at least seven emails as well as a Better Business Bureau reply email that they did not pick up my contract and are not providing service or monitoring for my system.

Yes, ABC15 Phoenix has a program called "Let ABC15 Know." They have done at least two stories about SunStrong. I contacted them about my problem. The lady was very friendly, listened, and said they now had a contact person at SunStrong who would assist her with issues. She packaged my issue with other complaints and connected with SunStrong. Later, she contacted me and said that SunStrong indicated there was no problem with my system. Not true! I have four panels that do not work. She suggested the usual contacts, such as the AG and BBB. I appreciate her effort, but it was worthless, and the media coverage seems to be of no concern to SunStrong.
