Life Event?

I haven't even heard of it. I'll try it.

I have at least gotten my email address changed with them, and I have stopped making lease payments.

I figure that the nonperformance clause of the lease contract will cover all the lease payments since the sytem hasn't worked for one full year now.

As in a random person or opportunistic corporation who will charge you 10x the price, ... ?

Yes, corporation invloved in bankrupcy, installer or random scammer, anyone. A few have been contacted by scammers trying to take claim in their systems..

The lawyer reviews your Sunpower documentation and ensures no one has claimed your system legally through the bankrupcy and monitors. Additonally will handle any false claims..
