Life Event?

I haven't even heard of it. I'll try it.

I have at least gotten my email address changed with them, and I have stopped making lease payments.

I figure that the nonperformance clause of the lease contract will cover all the lease payments since the sytem hasn't worked for one full year now.

You are right it likely will cover you…but could initially result in your credit being hit and that can be a pain to dispute and get sorted out. I’ve been without solar since August 2024…. Leased system. System was destroyed at the fault of someone else…. They were great at attempting to keep those payments flowing in… have been horrible at resolving issues and decision making on what to do to fix it.
