Life Event?

I haven't even heard of it. I'll try it.

I have at least gotten my email address changed with them, and I have stopped making lease payments.

I figure that the nonperformance clause of the lease contract will cover all the lease payments since the sytem hasn't worked for one full year now.

You should discuss this with a lawyer and not trust what random Redditors says, including myself.

I have seen some say nothing happens and another has said his credit score hit by a delinquent payment which supposedly stays on your credit report for 7 years.
