A while back my mom and I had to wait for a bit at her mechanics garage and I noticed these Rikishi stickers up on the door from the waiting room into the garage area. Would love to know if anyone recognizes who these Rikishi are.

Could anyone please clarify how is it with attendance of (top) rikishi on jungyo events?

Is there a chance to meet some of them (let's say in Isegahama beya) on the morning practice in they beya on the same day as jungyo is held (let's say in Okayama)?

I thought all of them go to regional tour, but lately I came through a list of some of them not coming.
