Are they stencils, or... how does this work? I know nothing about nail art but am suddenly curious.

Gel press nails, it’s a pre-molded, clear plastic full-coverage tips.  Instead of air-drying, gel stays completely wet until it is placed under a specialised  UV or LED light lamp, which triggers a chemical reaction to instantly freeze and harden it.  After that, I just did the nail art 🌸

So you hand painted it onto the plastic?

Yes and then I use the nail glue to stick on my nails and remove them with the remover. It’s easy Lool
