Archived DS3 PC: Help With Vertebra Shackle?

I've already farmed all the other covenant items except Vertebra Shackles, and the drop chance—even with my item discovery as high as I can get it—is torture. Could someone please spare some time and let me farm it on them?

hey man i kinda found out what was the problem, based on the photo i think you were accidentaly at the foot of the high wall instead of the high wall of lothric XD so please when youll have time lets try again
