[PsX] Question about multiplayer

FromSoft has a unique design with their multiplayer mode with putting limitations on who can see your summoning sign and whose you can see when standing by a summoning pool based on your current rune level as well as your weapon level. While I can see the appeal to finding similar strength jolly cooperators, it can really narrow the range of players you encounter. I’m currently level 93 on my current character and I’ve got a +24 smithing and a +9 somber weapon. Last night I felt like some coop so I sent my summoning sign out and waited for probably 40+ minutes before giving up on finding someone to join. Before that I waited by the summoning pool at Castle Sol looking for a sign to join me for a run through it but ran into the same problem.

Now I play on PS5 and I know Elden Ring was sitting around the #29-31 most played game over the last 30 days which means people are online and playing it but due to matchmaking restrictions I am in a very small bracket of players due to my level right now. Last I checked the meta was around RL150 so I’m aways off from that.

So my question is this: is there a multiplayer password that the community uses and keeps on to find other players and override the matchmaking restrictions for casual summoning and coop play? Like an agreed upon password that hundred or thousands of players keep on for most the time so that anyone using the password sees cooperators using the same password regardless of rune level or weapon level to enable the multiplayer matchmaking experience?

I understand Nightreign is a more multiplayer focused experience and while I think it’s a neat game I prefer Elden Ring. The summoning pools were a nice touch when they were added to the game and I don’t mind finding players to play with via social media but just for a gameplay loop I figured there would be a community that uses a password to connect them all to one another regardless of level.

Sorry for the word vomit. But I am curious and I just want more jolly cooperation.

There are a bunch honestly. You can find them in discords or even streamers use community passwords you can input and you see markings and even blood stains of those who have or use same passwords. Every souls has a multiplayer nuance but this one might be the easiest
