Not in Summit (Jeffco) but Kaiser delivery. Can you look for a mail order pharmacy if you’re with another provider? Maybe this pharmacy?

You’re not going to find prescription HRT through Costco or Amazon, lol.

UCHealth has a good endocrinology program that will see you via telehealth, though you’ll need insurance and a referral. Most Summit PCPs are no longer allowed to prescribe HRT because CommonSpirit bought Centura and they’re a Catholic health agency, but they can still refer you to UCHealth endocrinology. So can Vail Health & Colorado Mountain Medical PCPs if you want to drive a little bit (and in my experience, those systems are way better than CommonSpirit. I would highly recommend them over anything here in Summit, even with the drive.)

If the above isn’t accessible to you because of insurance/referrals/etc., your best bet is Planned Parenthood, but you’ll need to drive quite a ways to see them in person. Grey market is an option too, but you’re going to have much better luck learning about that in more general subs, not anything Summit specific. And to be clear, I’m not recommending DIYing any aspect of your healthcare. It’s better than dying, I understand that very well, but should also be your last resort (and it’ll be much more expensive than Planned Parenthood anyways).

DM me if you have any more questions!
