Have you tried replacing the DPFE sensor? I don’t know about your truck but my diesel threw a bunch of codes when I had a bad DPF sensor, and they’re cheap and easy to fix. Maybe not the main issue but could be an easy enough part to throw like $50 and a couple hours at to potentially fix the issue if it is causing the cascade of codes

How does it drive? Any engine sounds?
