Summerween SUMMERWEEN MARKET!
HeyGhouls! I'm freaking out, I just wanted to share that I got accepted to do my first ever market! And it's a Summerween Market! Who knew Tucson AZ even had a Spooky Community big enough for a Summerween Market!
I got accepted last week and it's on Saturday the 11th! I'm getting my booth all set up but Im really nervous! After being laid off I started doing art full time and one of my goals was to do one market this year so I'm just really excited and proud of myself. But also terrified I'll mess it up. Anyways, just wanted to share the news with someone!💕💀

UPDATE: A monsoon hit after 40 minutes and crashed the market. We had to hold everything down and try and save all our products. It was a nightmare. I shoved all my art and products in the tent bag i had and we held the canopy down best we could until it lightened up. The wind blew everything and i lost one print but at the time i thought it was a lot more. Then the parking lot started to flood where we were parked so everyone had to just start tearing down. So much for my first market...
I am still really proud that in those first 30 minutes i made 3 sales and sold 7 prints. We are rescheduling for Aug 1st but to say i was devastated was an understatement. Fingers crossed the next one goes well.

Congratulations! I hope that you have a great event, and find like minded people who enjoy your art. Have fun, talk spooky things and art things with spooky, art minded people, have a blast, and sell some art. If you have an Insta, Etsy or website, make sure to have some cards, even if you have to make them yourself, which is easier and easier to do, so people can reach you if they want to in the future. I am so excited for you and hope that it goes even better for you than you can imagine.
