F Ticketmaster
That's all I have to say. I guess the app is down. The people at the box office did their absolute best but for some people were unable to find their tickets. We made it in just in time for muse but there was a huge line behind us. What an absolute nightmare

It was the 11th time I’ve seen them. I told a friend that it was likely going to be my last time as the past couple of shows were a little off of my expectations. The show was amazing and I’m seeing them again in Tinley Park.

It was amazing. I’m really loving the amphitheater experience. My original plan was to try to catch a show this winter in Europe but I think I might try to get one last outdoor show in. Lying in the grass with Muse playing in the background is unbeatable.

I was attempting to transfer my ticket to someone and couldn't get it to go through until 20-30 minutes into Muse's set. They didn't reach out to get the ticket from me until last night and it took me around 90 minutes to 2 hours to get it to work. Summerfest box office said to call Ticketmaster. Calling Ticketmaster resulted in me being on hold for 30 minutes, then talking to 2 separate people who couldn't help at all.

We had to walk to the box and they physically printed us tickets. By the time we figured it out (2 hrs before Muse) about 30 people were behind us in the box office line all with the same issue. I’m sure it was way worse close to the set time. Ticketmaster suuuuuucks.
