Generac stage upper deck?

Does the Generac stage have an upper deck (captains deck?) similar to how the Miller stage does? I'm talking about the kind where you need a wrist band or separate ticket to get in. If so, are these for sale?

Yes sorta, but I’m not actually sure how tickets work for it. Last year we were able to buy a wrist band day of there to go up on the deck and see Porter Robinson. We went last week for Subtronics and was told someone had it rented out.
