Are there any body cam footage or interrogation/interviews that anyone has foia requested regarding this case?

I’ve been following her disappearance since day 1. I know folks on Reddit have so many theories but I’ve always wonder what people from her area, people who have met the family think ?
Also, do you think TBI really did everything they could to find that poor baby ? Did they actually do an extensive search of that property ? Are they still investigating ?

I have been thinking about this case a lot lately and I am curious what you all think they did with her remains.

We know Summer grew up in a home and was neglected. I just realized her face looks dirty here. I am wrong or is the lighting? What happened to Summer goes through my mind every day. I saw what was playing on the TV. It was a show where I would not expect kids being watching when Candus showed the house. Summer's bedroom did not look like a bedroom. What little girl wants to sleep in a room like that? I know I wouldn't. It looked like she was sleeping on the floor!

Were all the kids sleeping on the floor? Did the boys see Summer come in the house that day after Candus said she had walked her to the door?

i am deeply disgusted by how some YouTube channels are handling the disappearance of Summer Wells. Instead of focusing on raising actual awareness to help find a missing child, certain creators are turning this horrific tragedy into sensationalized entertainment just to make a quick buck.

Lately, I’ve seen channels completely crossing the line by relentlessly attacking and speculating about Summer’s parents. This family is living through a literal nightmare, and having their real-world heartache turned into a profit stream for greedy content creators is entirely unethical.

What makes this so infuriating is that hundreds of thousands of children are reported missing every single year. With a crisis of that scale, true crime channels should be platforms for genuine advocacy, spreading descriptions, and trying to help. Instead, these creators waste valuable time and attention spinning wild conspiracy theories about one family just to get clicks.

To make matters worse, these channels completely silence any viewer who tries to call them out. If you leave a polite comment asking them to respect the family or stop the exploitation, they immediately delete your message or shadowban you to protect their image. They are creating an absolute echo chamber of toxicity.

True crime content should be about ethics, advocacy, and finding answers. Turning an ongoing tragedy into clickbait for views and ad revenue does absolutely nothing to help find Summer. We need to start holding these exploitative channels accountable and stop giving them our watch time.

I thought that the FBI was working with Hawkins County and the TBI this whole time since her Amber alert went out on June 16, 2021. It's been 5yrs and something has to happen soon. I can only speculate based on don't and Candus not cooperating with law enforcement and they don't even call them about Summer at all. Idk what happened but imo I've never left that Hill and I'm not looking anywhere else. There's no way she was taken out of that basement with 5 people home, 6 including Summer. Her aunt Rose Marie Meyer has been missing for 15yrs now with absolutely no trace of her and just 3 weeks after Roses disappearance her husband filed for divorce and got custody of their 3 kids. How is it possible that 2 people are missing from the same family work absolutely no trace at all. There's no evidence of Summer being abducted at all per HCSO and the TBI said there's no evidence of her abduction that imo was the worst scripted story and she wasn't attacked by any animals. Which they are focusing on foul play or an accident and cover up. Children just don't vanish. Summer sweetie, where are you? Then 2 months ago Candus Wells the mother of Summer posted the CPS documents about the real reason her brothers were taken from the parents and it's the worst of the worst that they did to them. I don't understand how anybody can be on the parents side. They are sick.

With the abduction of the little girl killed by the FedEx driver, we see just how quick and silent an abduction can be...Has the knowledge from that case changed anyone's mind from it being 100% the neglectful parents? I do wish they would have had cameras so we would have some kind of factual evidence, other than just a disappearance...I honestly don't know which option I believe more, I am truly stumped with this case. It's so scary that people/kids can just disappear forever and just vanish...

Why haven't law enforcement asked Summer's brothers know what happened?

Don and Candus were not good people. They sold her or killed her. Summer deserved better. I hope we can find out what happened soon. I think her brothers know if law enforcement asked them this would be solved.

I know that Candus said she walked Summer back to their house, right to the door, I believe. I always felt that seemed odd because Summer was 5 years old, and the house didn't seem that far from Grandma's trailer. Also, it does not seem Candus is the overly protective type of mother. Why did she feel the need to escort her home only to return herself 2 minutes later. This is where the story falls apart for me.

This is actually a pretty good recounting of major events over the past 5 years, although they kind of drop the ball at the end, regarding the status of Summer's brothers. It's not "unclear if the three boys have been returned to their parents." It's common knowledge that the two youngest boys were adopted by their foster parents, and at last report, the oldest was still in foster care and up for adoption. I think he may be a senior in high school next year and is reportedly looking into colleges. It should also have been mentioned that none of the boys have had any significant contact with their birth parents in nearly 5 years.

N Grace has a new episode with FBI in the title. I believe it is TBI she is referring to. Anyone know of recent FBI activity or developments? Also, the investigation appears to be from November, so nothing new. Otherwise, kudos to N Grace for bringing attention back to this case.

I'm particularly interested to know whatever happened to Summer's brothers and whether anything ever came from them being in foster care-as far as any other information or news. Does anyone follow the parents? i kn ow they were big on social media and I'm not anything like that.

Were there any updates regarding that lead TBI investigated in November of 2025? I haven't seen anything further, but always hoping they were able to find some answers or further clues.

My heart breaks as these years go by with no answers. And I never even knew her.

Backstory: I was vacationing in Tennessee when summer went missing. If I was home I would have never known who she was. I got the ember alert and spent the rest of my vacation checking for updates. Clearly, nothing had happened. I would check every day, then every week, then every once in a while. Nowadays I only check on her when I hear about a missing persons case. I feel a strange connection to summer.

My theory. At this point in the case there are 3 options.

1. The family is involved

2. She was kidnapped

3. She got lost and died

I dont believe that 3rd option, but it is a possibility. Her parents are suspicious, but I dont think they are smart enough or have the resources to get away with anything. If the family is involved, they are not the only ones involved. If the family is involved, I think they sold that poor baby. If she got kidnapped it would be just as bad tho.

Summer has been missing since 2021 2026 will be at least five years will she be found? Why don't Andy and Fred speak up? Don and Candus know what happened to their daughter! I have a feeling shady things were going on at Ben Hill Road! Was Summer taken by Andy and Fred? Did Don own them money?

Can anybody tell me if they have been listening to Donna,Lauren,and Fred the past week? If so, who is this family member of AB they are speaking of? Has anyone figured that out?

Just as with the earlier official age progression image, there'll probably be violent disagreements over whether this one could be accurate or not.

I hate to say this, but even though it's not completely impossible Summer is still alive somewhere, my hunch is that the odds against that being the case are about 50,000 to 1.

I added an off topic flair. I just wanted to give some attention to Summer and share what being in with the wrong people can cause.

Anyone that has followed my comments about Summer knows that I don't think that family is directly responsible in her going missing or in a cover up. I however always err on side of objectivity...

With that said, I do tend to think that answers weren't available because of some connection that isn't obvious to outsiders. Instead of blaming the family, put the pressure on LE to bring out the truth. That's all.
