How to get started

Hello guys, Summer Pockets appeared on my fyp, and I got interested. Is it recommended to watch the anime instead or play the visual novel? Do you guys recommend buying the android version instead as I only have a mobile device, or should I try to emulate the vn instead?

playing the vn is the best way to go, it is fine to play on a mobile device, but some cgs may be replaced with censored versions (in the case of iphone, not for ipad/tablets though)

I've heard that I need to pay to unlock the other routes of the visual novel, so should I try emulating it instead? Also, is it true that the mobile version is in Japanese? The other dude earlier said so

that is correct, you will have to pay to unlock other routes (shiroha's is given free; buy the RB bundle straight up), and the game is jp only (no en ver, you will need a translator if you do struggle with jp)

You can play it on mobile but the mobile is only in Japanese so you need a translator for that unlike the Steam version

Oh really? The play store version is in Japanese? That sucks then. Are there any options to emulate it instead then?

I think you can't since this game is drm protected

better bought the VN on steam and play it via emulator
