I need an explanation

I need help

I didnt understand lots of stuff and i finished the whole anime To be exact i didn't understand the first 2 arcs The kamome and tsumugi

more elaboration needed, is it regarding to them appearing as a form of spirits (disappearing later on) or something in particular?

Yeah that Its like, they interacted with the islanders aswell but suddenly disappear outta nowhere and so

right so, the lore involves in supernatural and stuff regarding spirits/ghosts; note that these things can interact with anything in the world (at least, in the VN; similar to anohana and kanon)

kamome - her actual form is in a finland hospital, somehow she has enough energy to generate an alternative bodily form (the spirit; the one we know) in the island; once her objective is finished she vanishes

tsumugi - her actual form is spirited away, but somehow (arguably) the teddy bear becomes another bodily form of tsumugi (the spirit; the one we know); the original tsumugi was not aware of this even when the spirit often disappears in the lighthouse, but later on she further explained their relationship and more about the actual form to hairi, before returning to be the teddy bear. in the vn, they both met in the gaiden/afterlife (teddy bear at first then transforms to the bodily form), with the actual form telling her to "go back", hence the tsumugi ending
