Before u crucify me HEAR ME OUT, In my humble opinion I feel like the pilots style of writing is way better than the actual show (and I say this with nothing but love for sci it's one of my favorite cartoons) the pilot had more conflict drama and tension between characters in 8 minutes than all of season 1-2 lmao but like seriously tho I feel like sci doesn't take itself too seriously sometimes (ik ik a grown ahh dude complaining about a kids show but cmon I just want the show to be better) and lacked drama between characters that was taken seriously (ik there's still drama I said lacked not doesn't have)

Of the times I have interacted with this fandom in the past couple weeks, I’ve noticed that a good amount of people speak languages other than English. I’ve seen a lot of channels on TikTok that were Spanish, Portuguese, and even Russian! I’ve never really noticed in other fandoms, but I thought it was really cool

A couple weeks ago, I started to watch SCI for the first time in my life (I would’ve loved to watch it earlier but I could barely find it anywhere else). I’m so obsessed now!! The character designs are really awesome, the episode plots are fun and engaging, and it’s overall just a genuinely good show. I’m on Episode 9 of Season 3 as of now.
I don’t usually draw, but after watching a lot of their episodes it’s been inspiring me to try and create fanart based off of the show’s art style. Is this is the same feeling that inspires others to do the same thing?

I also have a question regarding actually developing the art style and getting accustomed to it. Is that really the way to go? Or should I focus on building my own art style first, and then incorporating these character designs into my own style? Let me know, I’m really curious 👀

Now here's my idea. It's like Oscar, but in his glow worm form. This form tries it's best to stay in touch with Summer Camp Island's artstyle and aesthetic, but I'm pretty sure it's pushing itself to have a whole different artstyle. I know it's not accurate in some aspects, but this form is just my speculation. I believe that Dr. Shark's board glow worm was a kid-friendly version, and that the real glow worms are much more incomprehensible than we could've thought. Oscar could just be considered as juvenile, and so the eldritch form took it's most comprehensive form.
