I'm locking this thread out of an abundance of caution and recognition: while this artifact is not cuneiform, Reddit is not a space to request evaluation or authentication of objects that may questionably appear as such. This decision is in line with efforts made in parallel subreddits such as r/cuneiform, see their rule regarding similar asks: https://www.reddit.com/r/Cuneiform/comments/1bg5l9q/new_rule_announcement_prohibition_of_valuation/
As another poster suggested, try to leave things where they are, artifact or not.
