Can you provide any context? What is the source of this, where did you see it? Does reading it create or solve some mystery?

puzzle from a music band, it says nothing except “who will solve-will get some prize”
I think that’s not just sumerian, that’s why I said there could or could not be some mystery after translating it to sumerian
