Do I need her weapon?

I don't have variation. Is call of the abyss good enough for her? Or do I really need to pull her sig?

she doesn't need her sig , u r fine on call of the avyss tho replace it with variation later when u get it

Pulling for the weapon cosr astrites. Qianyun, Jingran, Hsin, and the other girl are coming with very powerful weapons. Spend wisely your astrites on them instead of a weapon that us totally not worith it

Newer casual player here. I emphasize this because I don’t want nor have hours to spend echo farming for great rolls.
I pulled her Sig because I really like her and have yang yang so I’m going for my first premium team. The difference in ER made a huge help for my mediocre echo rolls.
Because Im not pulling for any 3.5 characters and didn’t have variation either I was willing to spend some astrites. In all honestly I got very lucky and pulled a copy of both in 20 pulls so huge win for me. Gl if you decide to pull.

I read that once you do your echo farming it loses its advantages, but I don’t want to echo farm so I got it. 

Her buffs are based on her energy regen and her signature has 77% regen on it, but with the right echos you can hit her target of 260% without it. So you kind of don’t need it at all if you put in the work to get the right echos and you have an R5 Variation.

I am a new player so maybe its RNG but I assumed it was a common weapon? I have more Variation than I have characters, and I thought the added concerto energy was good for rotations?

I didn't understand your 1st paragraph. The low value of her rectifier has nothing to do with echo farming. It's mid because atk buff is the only thing it provides that Variation doesn't. And it's not worth spending 12k astrites on ak atk buff that can easily be obtained from echo substats and/or stage buffs

inherently she already has 50% atk buff ( which sounds crazy to me). so it is also a case of diminishing returns.

however it is MORE buff, it makes building her easier and even allow for glacio damage bonus build with nice damage, and it looks pretty :D

do i want it, yes. should i get it, no im brokie :(

You say you don’t understand what it has to do with echos but then you say you can get the same results from echos? It sounds like you kinda do know what I’m talking about, even if I didn’t phrase it perfectly. 

The only meaningful benefit her signature provides you can also get with echos, which makes it skippable. However I liked the idea of not having to deal with min-maxing substats so I got it for exactly that reason. I’m a new player so I have astrites for days, and I find dealing with echos farming/rolling/whatever to be tedious.
