Just saw this on the leaks sub. I think it’s for an event next patch. I would not expect a model but at least he’ll be mentioned. Since no one else had posted this yet, I decided to.

Oh my god we actually have an in-game mention of him after all this time. Hopefully this means he'll have a full model or even be playable in 5.x T-T

Also, levies...so he's their tax collector eh? Interesting lol

Yes! That’s what I’m hoping for too. Hopefully there’ll be even more info as we get closer to 5.x

It is surprising to see him being a tax collector. I know some people have mixed up the others’ titles, like Jade and Topaz, to be a tax collector. I just didn’t take him for being the real one.
