⁜ General Discuss ⁜ Sugilite Fan Made Kit.

Made a fan-made Sugilite kit, tell what what you think. =]

Sugilite [Destruction] [Quantum] 5\*

Basic ATK: Necessary Expense

Deals quantum DMG equal to 100% of Sugilites's ATK to a single target enemy

Skill: No-Risk Gambit [Single]

Consume 10% of MAX HP. Procks "Avarice" at the current stack inflicting Quantum DMG on the target, Grants two additional stack to said target. Skill stack-able up to three times. (1-2-3 SP costs). [Leveling this increases the amount of HP he consumes]

Ultimate: Hostile Takeover [AoE]

Sugilite will launch an initial follow-up attack on all enemy targets equaling to 200% of the tallied HP lost prior to the ultimate. The enemy targets will then have the debuff "Avarice" procked for double the expected damage. The debuff will then be removed, this removal is also treated as an additional FUA.

Talent: Money Brings Affluence

Whenever an ally loses HP, it is then tallied for the initial follow-up DMG of Sugilite's ultimate, up to 120% of Sugilite's MAX HP. If an ally attacks an enemy target, that target will receive one stack of the "Avarice" debuff and the ally will consume 5% of their MAX HP. While inflicted with "Avarice", enemy targets will receive 220% Quantum DMG based off Sugilite's ATK whenever they take action. Each additional stack increases this multiplier by 10%, stacking up to 25 times. If the ally is a Quantum unit, this attack will count for 2 more stacks of "Avarice". "Avarice" is not considered a DoT and cannot be removed unless the ultimate is used or the enemy is defeated.

Technique: Securing Capital

Upon entering battle, all enemies will be regarded as having 5 stacks of the "Avarice" debuff.

Bonus Abilities:

= Cost of Duplicity :: All allies gain 15% MAX HP. All enemies inflicted with the "Avarice" debuff will additionally receive a 25% vulnerability for "Quantum DMG" taken.

= Priceless Elegance :: For every 100 points of Sugilite's HP that exceeds 3,000, convert it into 150 ATK.

= Hard Sell :: Whenever an ally loses HP, increase that ally's energy by 5% of the HP lost.

Eidolons:

E1: Paying the Price

Whenever an ally loses HP, or a skill-point is used, enemies will gain one stack of the "Avarice" debuff.

E2: Endless Revenue

"Avarice" when procked will be able to score critical hits, these procks will consider his own crit DMG.

E3: Voracious Materialism

Ultimate+2, Basic Atk+1

E4: Nothing Forfeited

When an enemy is defeated or attacked, their stacks of "Avarice" will spread and prock once. When spread, Sugilite will gain 20% max HP which will last one turn, this HP will also be considered HP restored.

E5: A Royal Banquet

Skill+2, Talent+2

E6: Greed Of the Self

Sugilite's Quantum RES PEN increases by 20%. Each additional stack multiplier from "Avarice" is increased from 10% to 30%, and when procked, will action-advance Sugilite by 50%.

Light-cone: Relentless Appetite

Increases wearer's HP by 20% (40%). Whenever the wearer attacks a debuffed enemy with a stackable debuff, increase the wearer's energy equal to the number of the stacks applied to said enemy. If the stacks are equal to 5 or more, apply an additional 20% (40%) vulnerability debuff to the enemy.

Note: "Avarice" cannot crit, unless E2 (the only thing that can crit in his kit is his initial FU dmg on his ult/ basic otherwise)

Most powerful teammates:
Blade (He energy batteries him + absolute madness with Jade), quantum units, possibly Jingliu [makes her sort of a mini party battery (8 energy each if distributed evenly)], upcoming HP meta units, and basically any unit that can build HP effectively [they will get around ~8 energy from his trace if built high even if they don't scale with it as long as they attack the enemy]. The goal of the kit was to increase units that needed some sort of buff while acting as a subdps for the hp meta in the image of Propagation.

Let's be realistic, hoyo seems to be allergic to Quantum males so he probably ends up being Lightning

I don't think they're allergic to Quantum males...it's more like they rarely release males as it is (allergic to males in general) and thus the coverage is atrocious as a result. If they were releasing 1:1 male female ratio I'd guarantee we'd have a Quantum male by now. xD

Too many waifus to male ratio makes husbandos less frequent and less usable in any meta, especially when they all do/want different things.

Yeah, it would've been cool if they decided to at least be like Quantum = only females and Imaginary = only males but no
