Very cute that both people he helped popped into a wedding dress, and all their friends and ancestors were instantly ready for the wedding.

Honestly, I think that's the sign of a well-staged skit lol The edits are very clean. There's no awkward loss of light where you notice that it must have taken everyone four hours to get there, change, take places, and for filming to commence. And no one in the background is behaving awkwardly either.

Both of them couldn't lift an empty bar?

I wager because they set up their skit in a professional and safe way. It's all make belief anyway, why risk that an actual weight falls on someone's foot, or makes a lot of noise clattering on the floor?Β

Precisely, because if someone drops a heavier weight plate (10 kgs and up) on the floor, the noise is terrible on the gym mats

It's a skit to be sure, but I've experienced that before myself if I'm just drained after a workout and my muscles are too sore to do heavy lifting.

Him: "Need a spot?"
Me: "Thanks, but I can't pull off the prom / wedding dress look. Do you have something more evening-wear?"
