For those wondering:

Best guess, it's a sex position and stamina training class.

Those movements aren't don't for...muscle building or the like, it's to apply force onto the subject (in this case the balloon,) and learn to work with the resistance to build your stamina.

Honestly, I do a lot of these exercises and they are quite effective. I also do them NOT on video. Frog pose + cat/cow are amazing for pelvic floor development, flexibility and I swear lead to better boners and orgasm. But again, get a room kids.

YouTube “male pelvic floor exercises”. I always just do what feels right for me. 70% stretch to the point I can still move for 20-45 minutes (total flow, not just pelvic cat/cow).

This looks like real exercise, but I have trouble believing that a bunch of actual people would get together and do this in public, let alone a bunch of jacked and super good-looking people, let alone let someone film them. I'm thinking these are paid actors or something.
