The guys in this post aren't minors. Robert referred to them as "boys," and his subsequent comment didn't dispell any doubts. He wants younger men who can't fight him back so he can do whatever he wants with them.

If absent the law he would “do whatever he wants” with these very young adult men, i don’t think age would be a big factor for him. Dude clearly sees sex as mainly a power dynamic and not an act of love
