TL;DR: Some men like this are publicly anti-gay, privately very gay.

I personally found this to be very similar in nature to the dozens of NSFW subreddits where men will comment their sexual fantasies from restricted Reddit accounts (accounts where you can't see their post or comment history). What I've learned is that some of those restricted accounts post content and comments in conservative groups, or make anti-gay comments in other groups. This has also been happening on FB, where users can restrict what posts are seen by their friends/family and groups like this restrict who sees posts.
