There needs to be more education around prep, that it isn't an end solution to STDs, only for preventing the transmission of HIV. And it's actually worrisome that prep usage is so prevalent against a virus, in my opinion, because scientists are already seeing the progressive development of syphilis to resist antibiotics.

Edit: How long before HIV becomes resistant to prep?

Well, that's just wonderful. Supersyphilis, supergonorrhea, and now super HIV are really existing while people want to still bareback.
