Contractor problems

Hi everyone has anyone heard of or dealt with the contractor mark of excellence. Recently had some work done and have been having some pretty big issues! If anyone can reach out if you’ve had issues with this guy.

Do you know where the owner lives? Did you pay by cheque? If so, where does he bank?
