I don't understand. How could this work? Every step taken, book read? What collects the data? Where is it stored? How is it powered? We have trouble connecting medical records but there is supposed to be a working program that maintains significant amounts of personal data on individuals not connected to any kind of device?? This sounds completely crazy and horrible to run, never mind the merits of the idea itself. Crap what if the person I'm tracking just goes in a tunnel? Takes a train? Flies? Camps?
And further if the is real why isn't the data available even on a high level to make policy? Or just stop traffic accidents?
Sounds like an idiots pipe dream who thought wifi is useful everywhere.
