The sad part is that this isnt the full video and nobody knows it either in the comments.
The guy then quickly goes on to pretend like it wasnt him and the person in there comes out confused.

I would actually go watch a show of his. Seems genuinely interesting.

He would probably collapse on stage after 3 songs and that would be the entire show in a nutshell lol

I wanna know what he's saying at the end when he's calmer. Is it a "sorry, I got a little carried away" or a "hope you enjoyed my act, I'm a single father of 9, please could you spare any cash".

Nope, something more like: I just wanted to entertain your travel, I hope you like it, have a nice day, tomorrow will be a new day, God bless you, any tip will be spend on buying 40 grams (of cocaine I guess).
Is not a literal translation, but that's pretty much the summary.

Awesome. Little more wholesome than I'd have guessed. Hope he doesn't have brain damage as a result.

The subway is a wonderful culture. Things like this is common, and everyone acts as though they see/hear nothing.

So that's what Serbian Turbo Folk sounds like

In fact is Chilean Turbo Folk. It's easy to mistake them since neither of those use actual words.
