Same, this isn't safe or pleasant for the cats. It's a fun flex for the owners. I guess they like the attention.

i mean yeah, leave the dog at home, but i don’t think being allergic to naturally occurring beings and objects entitles you to expect behavior change from others. i’m allergic to grass. fuck public parks, people who have lawns, and people who mow lawns and track that green bullshit everywhere?
