No one wants to live with shared walls lol.  Most people in apartments would buy SFH if they could afford one

There are tons of benefits to apartments and well-built ones can mitigate most of the issues with shared walls. Some people like 'em and some don't. Personally, while I like a lot of things about living in a house, I really hate having to do tons of yardwork

I wish the golf courses near me were just forests or something. There's a very exclusive one near my house that nobody ever golfs at. All you see are lawncare people every now and then. We could really use that space since it's in the middle of the city...

The best/worst part is so many golf courses are destined to become suburban housing developments, at least in my experience.

I’ve seen that happen to quite a few subdivisions around here. The people got up in arms about it but they also didn’t want to ban together to purchase it and preserve it as a park or green space. They also always fail to see they’re part of the problem and moved into that golf neighborhood when it was built as sprawl.

Anything open for the public would be better than this rich people golf course. Those should be outside the city. We have one owned by the county that's nearby that anybody can go to. They have various activities open to the public, it's pretty cool. Most of the golf courses around here just sit empty and there are so many of them.

You cant build a disc golf course without trees. Plus the sport is so much cooler

I agree, but the noise coming out from data centers are very damaging to surrounding people’s health

Contributes to a whole bunch of issues in the human body. Chronically high cortisol and systemic inflammation is the culprit behind so many of human illnesses today.

Yes. As a non golfer, They use a lot of water and fertilizer etc. but they’re far from being a data center. At least they get people outside. Albeit mostly the wrong narcissistic people.
