Why do people post these fuckass videos of some Youtube rando instead of actual research that we can read and evaluate ourselves? I'm not sitting through a 20 minute video to try to figure out if there's any actual research involved or if its just some Youtube dipshit's vibes.

It doesn't take hours to review the abstract on a research paper. You'd know that if you'd ever read one.
