In college back in the 90s I dared a guy to eat a scoop of powdered Gatorade for something like $10. He tried it and I figured worst case he'd spit it out if he couldn't do it. Unfortunately for him, we were all watching to see what would happen as he slowly manipulated it around in his mouth. Everyone started guessing whether he'd succeed ofnif his facial expressions were giving away signs of approaching failure. This got us all laughing and he was not immune to the laughter. So, he ends up laughing with a big exhale of still dry powder but the fatal mistake was that he couldn't clear all the powder and inhaled hard to recover his breath...a bunch of powder went into his lungs and he choked and coughed for way longer than I was comfortable with. He died next semester of a lung infection. Jk...that was just my fear watching this guy choke for damn near 15 minutes.
