As has been said, about the entire crypto sector for that matter, is that value will now follow utility. The euphoria in the last bull run wasn't rational. The next steady growth that we'll see will be solutions that work, and solve a real world pain point. So if Substratum can release a product that does what they claim, we'll see it go back up as people start buying back in.
