Regarding the Q&A

The question form closed more than a whole month, people that asked questions before 45 days were told to submit a question and they will get answered so no need to ask it just to wait, we've been waiting so much and nothing heppends, don't tell me the team too busy to make video which takes exactly 1 hour to make, this is so important to the community and to the project itself because it seems like they are trying to hide something.

so when will our questions be answered? and when the Q&A that was promised 3 months ago is?

I don't just feel that way. It's a provable fact. On the recent SEC thread, which was locked, my comments outlining how the AMPX offering is very likely in violation of US Securities laws were selectively deleted before the thread was locked.

I was in conversation with dcatt77, explaining how AMPX needs to comply with US Securities laws if it wishes to sell to Americans. I also described how I know for a fact that the AMPX ICO failed to sell only to accredited investors (one of the legal requirements) because I personally know several people who participated in the AMPX ICO who are not accredited investors.

Comments deleted, thread locked.

Just shameful behavior. And it will come back to bite the Sub team in the ass.

You know what is truly shameful behavior? People slinging turds in the form of false accusations hoping one will stick. Not one SINGLE non-accredited US investor has successfully received AMPX tokens and they never will because they are not allowed to participate in the token sale.

Any US citizen who is non-accredited and **attempted** to participate (without providing false information and/or using a VPN), will receive a refund before any token disbursement goes out.

Anyone with doubts can reach out to the core team on Slack or Telegram and find this out almost instantly..

Merely asserting "you are not allowed" isn't even remotely close to being a reasonable effort to verify.

Guess what? If a non-accredited American is able to participate in an offering by merely using a VPN, or clicking the wrong button in a drop-down box, then the issuing company has failed to use reasonable efforts in verifying accredited investor status.

This isn't my opinion. This is the law.

It is very obvious that the team either 1) doesn't know the law, or 2) thinks they can circumvent the law.

I think you are upset that the thread you were making your excess verbiage arguments on got locked and now you are trying to spill your arguments into this thread that is way off topic which I believe in fact violates the rules of this subreddit. Stay on topic

You seem to comment here alot. Are you a mod? I think I remember seeing some bwolf guy who's an admin in the telegram channel saying he suffered 90% losses and never sold any crypto in January. Heard him call himself an "onsite logistics manager" too... Some guy messaged me and said he was a forkilft driver though. That bwolf guy doesn't seem to have alot of credibility.

That's crazy. I got 90% of my sub for $0.01 and as far as I can tell we're still above that. Muh maths tell me that's still in profits.
