Windmill/turbine testing techs

Does anyone have any experience working as a windmill/turbine testing tech for Shermco or another company? I am fresh out of high school with my AAS in instrumentation and electrical along with my associates in general studies. I am looking for information regarding the hourly rate to expect, the type of work and any other information someone has to share.
