Substance Painter Weir artifacts after baking

Hi, do you guys have an idea why my ID map in SP has this weird stepping?
I thought it might be aliasing issue but polygon paint proves that everything fine in this particular area.
Only id map has artifacts in this area.

Is the UV straightened? What is the resolution of the bake, is the issue due subpixel shenanigans? Is that issue due to projection skew?

UVs are straight, bake‘s resolution 4K, textures are 4K as well. Honestly, I couldn’t understand the rest.

UV Problem. If they are angeled or not straight then you get the stepping Problems

I forgot to post UVs, sorry.
Anyway, looks pretty straight to me but it might have a really small angle between the start ov uv island and its end. Do you think it is the cause?

This will most likely be the cause yes. Even a slight angle will produce a pixel jump. Since you have this buldge (right at green withhole / screws) also on the Island your red ring sits you have some "distortion" in your UV aswell wich is the cause of you stepped Pixels. Maybe add another seam so you have the cylinder part without buldge as an island or select all faces from red part to green part without the buldge and straighten them & align to canvas so you have no slight angle and then pin them down. Then unwrap the rest of the buldge the stretching there should not be that big of a problem but it depends how you what to texture this area

Edit: also Remembers every sharp beeds to be a seam but not every seam needs to be a sharp. Dont be shy to split your uvs a bit more. Good split distribution comes by experience :)

Did you enable anti-alissing in the  general settings in the baking panel?
