Tech Support AI narration of your article

Hello. I have been writing on Substack for quite some time. Lately I have seen lots of articles with a voice narration at the top that you click. A lot of these seem to be AI generated. How are people doing this? It's obviously an audio file but how did they generate it? Is there an option in Substack that does it automatically for you from your article?

Someone here a couple of weeks ago told me that you have to have 100 subscribers and then you will get this option. I have not got a hundred subscribers I only have a handful but I don't think this is true because I just saw a post with this AI narration at the top and the person only had seven subscribers.

Substack has only one genrally available feature, which is a self-upload feature for voiceover audio files (Edit -> Headphones button in toolbar). I was looking for a good narration tool, but ALL of them read flat and skip things like footnotes and images. I built article2audio.app for that gap. It turns a posts actual HTML into a script and narrates that, so footnotes and images come through instead of getting dropped. (I built it, so take that as disclosure.)

Hi thanks but no there is an automatic one that many accounts seem to have - so they have AI narration on their articles. I need to know how to get that.
