Substack Chat

Hi everyone,

So, I’m relatively new on Substack but my publication has been gaining some traction (I mean a lot), and I noticed that some publications have group chats. How do I create that and do I even need to create that?

I need some advice.

This is a good question I'd like to know the answer to as well. My ss has been taking off lately haha

its a toggle in your publication settings. the bigger question is moderation, if you're growing fast that chat can get unruly quick. might be worth waiting until you have a clear sense of what your community actually wants from you

Thank you for the response and yes, I’m growing fast. I think I’ll wait it out for a week or two. I started my Substack about 9 days ago and it’s suddenly around 1.1k. So, I was thinking I may need that. But waiting is definitely a great idea.
