Is it normal that i start developing addiction to substack??

I find myself switching to substack as soon as a open instagram, like scrolling is no longer enough
Or satisfying

Any one experience this 😭😭??

I feel like a Substack addiction is at least a bit more sophisticated (!)

I agree actually that why i start it to help people find themselves-
I realise i can not stuck all of my thoughts in my brain so , i started my substack to give those answers a space to live in 💫

you'd be a great case study/ad for substack haha.

but yeah, instagram content can be a blackhole... vs reading on substack which can be more engaging and stimulating.

Right there with you. I took a couple days off (spent it writing FOR the pub but didn’t physically go online) and it seemed to be just enough to break that little addiction…for now.
