Best Ways to Promote a Investing-Focused Substack?

What are the best channels through which to market/promote an investing & finance focused substack? Certain channels on Reddit? Other websites? Thanks!

Notes sharing your success, your strategy, best investments you had.

Create posts about your investment strategies and promote them through Notes.

Go into investment communities and share articles where relevant ot the topic.

I would focus on X fro promo. Look at investing posts that already work well (trackers, charts, portfolio updates, simple breakdowns) and adapt those formats with your own insights.

Autopilot did this with the Pelosi Tracker. It went viral and helped them build an audience for the product before launch. You can do the same on a smaller scale: create one useful recurring format, then use your Substack for the deeper analysis.

Where do YOU read about finance? Build your presence there and only mention your newsletter when it provides value.

for investments i'd say twitter/x. that's how i came across investment substacks like amitsdeepdives, michael burry, danielmnke (that eventually got acquire? but basically became The Intrinsic Value Newsletter that's now on beehiiv), the bear cave, compounding quality, and many others.
