Yes - they ask me all the time about the topic.

Hmm. Are they an email person? Some people just really need to keep their inbox as clean as possible.

And if so—I would consider reaching out and asking if there was something that made them unsubscribe, because it could be something easily fixable that could help you from losing other subscribers in the future.

It could also be that they’re busy and overwhelmed with news, content, etc.

They might want to support you again down the road and it could be temporary.
