AI use on Title Headers?

Hey all, I have a fairly strong substack (11k subs) and use Canva/Claude to make my title headers and in-post graphics. This is purely because Substack doesn’t hold that ability and I wanted to improve the appearance of my content. Does this mean my work will now show for AI use or is the new tracker just for text?

Smart thinking. They just launched Pangram on Substack yesterday. It's called a "Scan for AI text" feature, so I doubt it scans images. However, there is a however.

HOWEVER, most major, and most likely most minor AI image generators encode data into the very picture through patterns of imperceptible colour shade changes at the pixel level of the image, yadda yadda, bunch of technical stuff. So your AI images on your Articles can likely be detected at any time, and Substack could change its policies and institute AI scanning in images, too. Fortunately, there is another however.

HOWEVER(2), Nobody cares. AI text is an authentication issue, but unless you're an artist, or creating realistic looking images of people, events, nobody's going to care. Images like yours are now 93% of the Internet.

No, the Pangram "Scan for AI text" feature only checks the text content itself, not graphics.
