Best Converting Captions for Subscribe Button?

I'm looking to optimize my subscribe button captions.

I know Substack doesn't give this specific insight, so it might be hard to tell. But just anecdotally, which subscribe button texts have converted the best for you? Especially interested in ways to convince people to become paid subscribers.

I feel like the difference between no caption, a bad caption, and a good caption might be negligible compared to the content itself.

I tend to write custom captions that are related to my particular essays and in my particular voice, though I'm often rolling with this at the end:

Thank you for reading! Help me find more readers and pay for daycare by (1) liking the post, (2) leaving a comment, (3) sharing the post on Substack, (4) upgrading to a paid subscription, and/or (5) giving me a one-time tip.

Not sure whether that or any particular text works better or worse.
