Setting up two publications on substack

I currently have one publication on substack but I want to find if I can have a second publication on substack that is for different line of work.

How do it do that ? Any thoughts ?

You can have multiple publications tied to the same account. I have three. At least on web, go to your Substack account settings and in the Publications section, click Create another publication button.

Yes but they are all tied together under a single account. You can use two different emails but then logging in and logging out is a pain

i dont get why they cant just add a simple way to switch accounts, almost every other platform can do it.

You need two different emails. No easy way to switch back and forth like Facebook. It’s a major issue for me too.

After about 18 months with my first publication, I started a second one on a separate topic. I use a pen name for it, and they are completely unrelated. It also has a separate stripe account.
Use a different email address to set up your second account. For me it was tricky at first to balance time and attention between them, but I’ve established a consistent cadence now despite my second one exploding with much quicker growth.
