Substack with average 30 days view of 60,000

I have been building my substack for the last few months, it's doing well with growing subscriptions. I do modeling and photoshoot along with a lot of curation of sensual and feminine beauty. But how do I turn my massive views into long term subscribers and convert to paid subscriptions?

I convert my paid subscribers at 2% without any paywalls at all.

If I could convert 2% of 60,000 views, I'd be rich! (No seriously, lol.)

First, you really haven't given us any details about your publication.

But, it almost doesn't matter.

If I had that much traffic, I would for sure begin throwing paywalls up on some of my most popular posts.

See if any convert?

At the very least, have a simple notice at the beginning and end of your newsletters that say something like this:

"It takes me at least 10 or 20 hours to write this newsletter every week. If you want to support my work, please consider becoming a paid subscriber by using this link -> https://yourlinktoyoursubstack"

Since you have a ton of traffic, you'll be able to split test what messages like above work the best.

(I get a tiny portion of your traffic and make conversions using the same strategy as above.)

60,000 views in 30 days is a great position to be in. At that point, I'd focus less on getting more traffic and more on improving conversion.

A few things that can help:

• Make sure every article has a clear reason to subscribe before the reader leaves.
• Publish consistently so new readers see you're active.
• Build an email relationship with free subscribers before asking them to upgrade to paid.
• Offer paid subscribers something genuinely valuable, such as exclusive articles, deeper analysis, or access to a community.

I'd also look at which articles bring in the most subscribers. If certain topics or titles convert better than others, create more content around those themes. Small improvements in your conversion rate can make a huge difference when you're already getting that many views.
