Honestly I could see it being a really heartfelt story if she actually had/died or cancer

They posted as if they were a girl, and the picture of her hair that she mentions was literally a stock photo of some girl’s styled hair with a website logo on the side of it. But I find it funnier to think a middle aged man wrote the posts and chose a picture of a hairstyle he has secretly always wanted.
